Peak Capability is a highly individual physical capability practice for people with demanding lives, designed for remote delivery.

Build strength, confidence and systems to keep doing what matters.

Peak Capability starts with the life you want to live—not with a standard workout programme.

Together, we consider what you want to remain capable of doing, what is becoming harder or less reliable, and which combination of strength, mobility, aerobic capacity, recovery, behaviour and confidence would make the greatest difference.

Applications are expected to open in 2027.

“The work begins with the life, not the workout.”

What do you want to keep doing? What needs to become more reliable? What would make the greatest difference?

A more considered approach to physical capability.

Peak Capability brings together physical training, behaviour change, reflection and practical life design.

The aim is not endless optimisation. It is to build a capable body and a practical personal system that support a full life.

01

Physical capability

Strength, mobility and aerobic capacity shaped around what your life asks of you.

02

Biological capacity

Recovery, energy and the physical foundations that make adaptation possible.

03

Behaviour

Practical routines and decision rules that can survive the pressure of real life.

04

Confidence

The knowledge and self-trust to act, adjust and keep moving forward.

05

Life context

Work, family, responsibilities and enjoyment treated as part of the system.

Fitness should support your life, not compete with it.

For people with demanding lives who want capability to last.

Peak Capability is being developed as a highly individual private practice. It will suit people who value depth, collaboration and sustainable progress more than quick fixes.
